STORE SHIPPING POLICIES
Please Note: Your billing address must match your credit card billing address. We ship to billing addresses.
At "Marvelous Wigs for You", we take your security and privacy very seriously. We hope you understand that when we have to take extra security measures such as this, we do it to protect you as well as "Marvelous Wigs for You". .
IN-STOCK Lace Wigs: These are lace wigs we have available to ship the same day (if order is placed before 1:30 PM, Pacific Time)
STOCK: These are lace wigs we have available to ship within 3 to 5 days.
GLUES/SOLVENTS & TAPES: Ship out within 24 hours. If back-ordered item will ship within 7 days.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "check out." Enter your city, state and zip code, then click on "continue." This will display all available shipping costs.
"Marvelous Wigs for You", offers UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. If you choose Priority Mail, unfortunately, there is no way to track the order in transit.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our store on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
Ground shipping:
Orders for items that are IN-STOCK are usually shipped the same day, excluding Sundays, Tuesdays and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday and Sat. (excluding Tuesdays) at around 3:00 pm PST.

By accessing and using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use, all policies within this site (including our return policy), and all changes or modifications to the foregoing. Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. "Marvelous Wigs for You" does not offer products for sale to children under 18. We sell products for purchase by adults only. By using this site, you are representing to us that you are 18 years old or older. "Marvelous Wigs for You" will not be liable for any damages that may result from misrepresentation of age by a user of our site. "Marvelous Wigs for You" reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
We do not accept returns on custom wigs. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to the following:
All sales are final on wig adhesives, tapes, glues, solvents and accessories.
Important: Always be careful when applying and removing your lace wig and follow the instructions included with your lace wig order.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent Chargebacks Terms and Conditions: You understand that "Marvelous Wigs for You" does not tolerate fraudulent "chargebacks" and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.
You are responsible for attorney's fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if you fraudulently charge back or do not pay monies owed to "Marvelous Wigs for You".
Customers who claim chargebacks *will* be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
Refusals
Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of "Marvelous Wigs for You" will not incur the above mentioned fees.
Lost Merchandise
Should merchandise be confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification of the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and "Marvelous Wigs for You" reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, "Marvelous Wigs for You".com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Online prices and selection may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change. All lace wig units are not equal, prices may vary and are subject to change at any time.
Product Display/Description/Colors
The "Marvelous Wigs for You" Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Lengths may be measured from crown to tip or crown to end depending on the manufacturer. Please read the units description to identify this.
Custom Products/Description/Colors
The "Marvelous Wigs for You" Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color or curl you request will be a perfect exact match to any photo you may submit. For example: The curl of a 12" afro curl will not look the same as a 18" afro curl because the hair is longer, thus it will elongate the curl pattern. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, please measure carefully. Please note that the hair color on processed curls may appear lighter. Custom units may be measured from crown to end or crown to tip depending on the manufacturer.
